Here is the full sequence of the Bowmen Competition MTTs:
MTT #1. Due the last day of March. Baseline numbers. Max time: 1 hr.
RUN. 1.5km. No gear.
PULL. Max pull-ups. Strict form.
PUSH. Max pushups. Strict form.
SQUAT. Max SB (75lb) squat in one minute.
PRESS. Max SB (75lb) shoulder press in 30 seconds.
BURPEES. Total time to complete 20 full burpees.
